Past Event: Rural Diversification Strategy Presentation

RDA Perth and Curtin University would like to invite you to the Rural Diversification Strategy Presentation showcasing the City of Swan Modelling Study undertaken by Curtin University which is a Cloud based land use simulation approach for exploring various agricultural land use activities for the City of Swan. While this project focused specifically on agricultural activities, the simulator has the capacity to also include a wide range of other planning activities such as modelling future infrastructure options, scenario costings and resource consumption. This Cloud based tool is simple and effective and can be utilised across a wide range of stakeholders.
Recommendations on a way forward for the peri-urban region of Perth will also be presented.
