Keith Ellis, Chair

A former Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale President and Councillor, Keith Ellis is a well known marketing agent within the Perth community, specialising in TV production and marketing.

Keith is an avid sportsman, as past captain of the Royal Perth Golf Club, former Deputy Chairman of Greyhound WA, and has been assoicated with tennis, hockey and surf clubs over the years.

With a commitment to the local community, Keith is the President of the Darling Downs Resident’s Association and a past State President of the Local Chamber of Commerce and Industry, a board member and current patron.

Travis Burrows, Deputy Chair

Project and Commercial Management Professional with over 30 years’ experience in the Australian and Asia Pacific Region including more than 15 years’ experience in senior leadership positions. Currently engaged by Amman Mineral on the Batu Hijau Process Expansion Project and prior to that a senior leadership role with one of Australia’s leading engineering, contracting and service providers in the infrastructure, building, energy, resources and transport sectors. He is a board member of Regional Development Australia Perth and the Perth Football Club. Travis is a Mechanical Engineer and has substantial project delivery, commercial and governance experience across most market segments.

Catherine Bowen

Catherine is an experienced management and communications professional and lecturer with a PhD from Curtin University.  She is regionally based and commutes to the city for professional commitments. She has an extensive background in education and a lifetime of experience in agriculture, agribusiness, natural resources management and regional development at a local level.

Michelle Sewell

Michelle is passionate in the sports arena having played, taught and coached many sports in her life.  She is an experienced educator and program co-ordinator in the field and currently oversees the AFL Auskick Program, AFL Nines and AFL Superkick across Western Australia at the West Australian Football Commission.  Michelle has also run two successful businesses involved in developing coaching and training programs with the aim to engage all children in sports as well as supporting young and emerging sports stars of the future.  She brings energy, strategic direction and operational delivery experience to RDA Perth.
